I’ve only been here once, but the experience was 10 stars. Brian is the one who helped me out, and he was funny, warm, and honest. I took my car in to get inspected to make sure it was in good condition before our first baby arrives, and this team was so quick and the results were easy to understand and take action on. No overselling, no talking me into things I didn’t need, just the results and suggestions for next steps. I cannot recommend John’s enough!

I am so grateful to John’s Automotive for solving the issue of my car shaking! I brought my vehicle in one late afternoon just before closing. They allowed me to leave the auto overnight and called me early the next morning. They provided free transportation home as well!! The next day they offered to have a driver pick me up if I needed a ride to their office. Now that’s SERVICE!! The best part of the whole situation is that the problem was minor but could have caused a major issue if not repaired. They fixed the issue which was a tire problem and my cost was zero!!! My problem was minor but I could have been charged for labor to find the problem and perhaps charged for other repairs in an attempt to discover the reason. I am beyond thrilled as I was expecting a phone call from their office stating it cost hundreds of dollars to fix! The auto is 8 yrs old so I started thinking some major part had to be replaced. Thank you to John’s Automotive for not only this service but all the others as well! I will recommend this business to anyone looking for great service and reliable mechanics who know what they’re doing!! The costs are always fair and you’re always greeted with a smile!!
